In the unfortunate event that you can no longer take care of your Shake A Paw Dog, we will now accept the dog back into our store and will place the dog up for adoption with a new family. From 3 months old to 13 years old, all dogs will be accepted. Our goal is that no Shake A Paw dog will go unwanted and placed in a animal shelter. We will provide full care and exercise for your dog until we are able to adopt the dog with a new Forever family.
We require full medical records from your veterinarian, and a non-refundable transfer fee will apply. Certain terms and restrictions apply. Please see a Puppy Specialist for complete details. |

Shake A Paw can hold your new puppy for up to five (5) days with the following deposits:
Puppy Price Deposit
Under $499.00 $100.00
$500.00 - $999.00 $150.00
$1,000.00 -$1,999.00 $200.00
$2,000.00 -$2,999.00 $300.00
$3,000.00 - $3,999.00 $400.00
Puppies held over five (5) days are subject to a $25.00 per day boarding charge. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another puppy or merchandise within one (1) year.

99 Hour Puppy Return Policy
Our 99 hour puppy return policy allows you to experience your new puppy in your home, interacting with your family and other pets for up to 99 hours of ownership. If for any reason you wish to return your puppy, the following administrative fees will apply:
Under 48 Hours of Ownership - A 20% administrative fee will be deducted from the puppy's purchase price, microchip registration fee, vaccination fee and extended warranty if purchased.
49 to 99 Hours of Ownership - A 40% administrative fee will be deducted from the puppy's purchase price, microchip registration fee, vaccination fee and extended warranty if purchased.
After 99 Hours of ownership, your puppy purchase becomes a final sale.
